What happens if I miss my delivery?
If we attempt delivery and no one is available to receive and sign for the goods, we will notify you of the failed delivery and reschedule it as soon as possible.
What if my items are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, when i have ordered online?
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at +263 782 198525 or customercare@tvsales.co.zw. We will arrange for the damaged product to be collected and a new product delivered to you within 3 business days.
If you receive the incorrect items or an incorrect quantity, please notify us immediately at [Phone Number] or [Email Address] so we can rectify the situation. We will arrange collection of the incorrect items and replace them as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a comprehensive returns and exchange policy. You may return or exchange items at any of our stores, provided you have the original receipt and the product is in its original packaging and condition.A handling fee of up to 5% of the product’s value will be charged
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Damaged or abused items.
- Faulty/defective products after 14 days (excluding all plasma, LCD, and LED televisions larger than 32 inches, and all large appliances).

- Repair of the product.
- Replacement of the product.
- A refund of the purchase price.
If the product is found not to be faulty, you will be responsible for all handling and shipping charges, including collection and redelivery. You will also be liable if the goods are damaged or faulty due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by foreign objects or connection errors not inherent to the product.
